How do I place an order?

Because each Basket full of Joy! is a personal creation, the best way to begin the order process is by giving us a phone call. 405-206-2160 or 405-340-2319. We will discuss dietary needs, special requests, occasion and your budget.

Will the basket I order look the same as the picture?

Our designs and inventory are constantly changing. We are always looking for new products and enhancements to create fresh new looks for our baskets. Because of this, you won’t get the same look twice. We use only the finest gifts, ultra fresh prepackaged foods and beverages.

Due to availability of products and seasonal differences, we reserve the right to substitute products of equal or greater value when it becomes necessary. We guarantee you and your recipient will be delighted with any of our baskets.

Each Basket full of Joy! is wrapped in cellophane and hand tied with a bow and ribbons. A hand-signed card with your sentiments makes your gift a lasting memory!

Shipping and Policies: How much notice do you need during peak holiday seasons?

Most orders will be completed in a few days or less. The cost of shipping depends on the carrier and the size of the gift. Every effort is made to curb shipping expenses. I will give you a general idea of what it will cost, however, exact charges will be added to your invoice. At Christmas time shipping windows become more critical as the holiday approaches. Please call if you have any questions regarding delivery of your order. The sooner you place your order in the season, the better selection of gourmet foods and gifts you will have.

How long will it take for my order to be created?

Because each Basket full of Joy! is a new creation, please allow 24 hours. Your basket will then be ready for delivery or shipping to your specified destination.

What about deliveries within the Oklahoma City metro area?

Our current delivery charges are:

Edmond = $ 8.50

North OKC, The Village, Nichols Hills = $ 10.50

Downtown OKC = $ 12.50

Moore, Norman, Bethany, Yukon, El Reno, Guthrie, Piedmont = $ 14.50.

Although we will go “above and beyond” if necessary to deliver your basket, when a basket/package is undeliverable, a second attempt will be made. You will be charged for a second delivery. You will also be charged if the second delivery attempt is due to an incorrect address.

What about sales tax?

Taxes will be added for residents of OK, based on where the basket is delivered.
